Aptget for Windows or something close to it.  Why I want it? Not just because, as Scott Hanselman says, it saves the trouble of looking it up in Google. But more importantly for software testers or support we have situations where the customer finds that a particular configuration does not work. To reproduce the situation usually takes a whole day if you are lucky. With Powershell I can write a script that creates one or more Virtual Machines.  With Chocolatey I can configure all my favorite utilities and have them installed before I begin my repro.
